Return & Exchange Policy
Items purchased from danaluxury.com can be returned or exchanged within 07 days from the date of delivery, as detailed below. Please be advised, it typically takes 10-12 days for us to receive back the returned product and start the refund/exchange process.
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, meaning it should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered, without any stain or perfume fragrance and saleable with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If the product does not pass the quality check, it will be shipped back to you.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Orders with COD [Cash on Delivery] payment mode cannot be canceled once shipped. Prepaid orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Refunds will be issued as store credit, not in cash.
Return & Exchange Window
Returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of order delivery.
If a defective or incorrect product is received, we will arrange for reverse pickup and cover the shipping charges. If the customer’s location is non-serviceable by our courier partners, the customer must self-ship the product(s), and shipping charges are refundable if the product received is defective or incorrect (up to a maximum of Rs 100). For returns or exchanges due to size issues or incorrect orders placed by the customer, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that products are properly packed to prevent damage during transit and that they remain in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges of altered garments or innerwear (lingerie and nightwear) for hygiene purposes.
Exclusions from Return & Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
Products damaged due to negligence of Wash Care instructions.
Undergarments, accessories, shorts, and grooming products.
Products bought from partner stores and other marketplace websites.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued as www.danaluxury.com Wallet points, Coupon Codes, or Store Credit, valid for 1 year from the date of accrual. We do not provide cash refunds.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, Wallet points, Coupon Codes, or Store Credit will be processed according to the customer’s preference within 2-3 business days.
Terms and Conditions for Returns & Exchange
DANA Enterprises is not responsible for incorrect voucher issuance due to erroneous input by customers. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Returns can be made for the complete order or individual items from the same order.
Ensure the packet is sealed completely before handing it over to courier partners, and use separate packets for items from separate orders.
