Our dedicated delivery logistics team works diligently to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. Here’s how our process works:
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order.
Shipping: Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details.
Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Delivery times may vary based on your location within India and any unforeseen shipping delays.
Address Accuracy: It is essential to provide the correct address, PIN code, and shipping details to ensure timely delivery. Orders are shipped every day except Sundays and holidays.
Delivery Attempt: If no one is available to receive the package at the address, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response, we will inform you of the failed delivery attempt and reschedule another delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts: After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be canceled. For prepaid orders, a 50% refund of the total item value will be issued. You will be notified of this refund.

Delivery Charges
Your delivery charges will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout. The order value does not include shipping charges. We have the right to change the Free Shipping is complimentary on all orders. We have the right to change the Free Shipping at any time based on promotions and time of the year.
Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of our obligations under the contract during the period of such Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, we will promptly notify you of the nature and extent of the event and the anticipated delay in performance. We will also inform you as soon as the Force Majeure Event has ended and our obligations can be resumed. If the Force Majeure Event continues for an extended period, we may discuss and agree on possible modifications to the contract or its terms to reflect the changed circumstances.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
We provide the option for you to pay by Cash on Delivery for all orders. Once your order is delivered, you will have to pay the logistics agent the total amount in cash only at the time of delivery. The order will be handed to you only when the full payment is complete. Credit Cards are not accepted if you choose this mode of payment. Please ensure that you have the exact change for the order, the person delivering the order might not have spare change available.
Returns
Items once purchased are non-refundable. We offer exchange services on all orders for the same order value or higher. Accessories including masks, scrunchies and underwear are not returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange
We offer exchange services on all orders for the same order value or higher. You can only exchange purchased items once within 7 days of product receipt.
Exchange is possible only once for an order. Once the exchange request is placed, we can process the new product only once we receive the original item you bought. After a careful quality check for any damages, if the item purchased is fit to be exchanged, we’ll send the new piece you like (depending on the product’s availability). This process could take 10-15 business days. Exchange is possible only once for an order.
Charges: Rs 200 will be charged when you request an exchange. The payment has to be made prior to the pickup of the order.
Swimwear, panties, lingerie sets and accessories including masks and scrunchies are not returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellation
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made

Any claims are only acceptable with an unboxing video.
